MRC is a privately-owned company founded in 2011  to develop and commercialize the application of Hydrophobic-Hydrophilic Separation technology for the mineral processing industry.

MRC has secured intellectual property globally, developed a Proof-of-Concept processing plant, and secured a Design-Build-Operate contract for its first commercial plant in the U.S. to recover coal fines.

MRC devised additional upside opportunity by applying HHS technology to metallic ores, initially developing the bench-scale testing for copper sulfides emanating from the waste copper concentrator plants.
